AVIRA One: Factory and Global Supply Capability Map

A six-suite product capability-map concept linking sourcing, plant operations, quality, warehousing, global sales/logistics, and intelligence through shared workflow, master-data, and integration concerns.

Overview

Conceptual capability map across six suites — Source, Plant, Quality, Warehouse, Global, and Intelligence — plus shared concerns such as RBAC, workflows, documents, notifications, audit, master data, and integrations. Detailed architecture, prioritization, and implementation remain future work.

Architecture notes

  • Six suites shown as capability areas, not implemented product modules
  • Shared workflow and master-data concerns called out at conceptual level
  • Phasing and prioritization treated as open decisions

Problem

Broad factory and global-supply visions often stay as undifferentiated wish lists, making it hard to decide what to blueprint first.

Constraints

  • • Not a shipped product
  • • No detailed architecture or implementation completion claimed
  • • Brand naming publication remains subject to owner permission

Solution

Organized the vision into six suites and shared platform concerns so scope can be broken into phased blueprint decisions — without claiming a shipped MES/QMS/ERP product.

Results

  • • Produced a readable six-suite capability map for discussion and phasing.
  • • Kept implementation and architecture depth explicitly future-facing.

Lessons learned

Capability boundaries and dependencies help turn a broad operating-system vision into a manageable first implementation scope.
