Privacy notice
This notice describes how this website handles information for contact enquiries and optional analytics. It reflects the current implementation on vipulpatel.me.
Contact enquiries
When you submit the contact form, the site collects the fields you enter (name, email, optional company/product, selected service, problem description, and optional timing). The purpose is to review fit and reply about a possible engagement.
Form submissions are processed by the website's contact API and delivered using Resend as the email delivery provider when configured. Successful acceptance means the application accepted the enquiry for delivery; it is not the same as confirming that a message reached a human inbox.

Optional analytics
Optional analytics uses Google Analytics 4 through a direct Google tag (gtag.js) only when a Measurement ID is configured for the deployment and you grant permission. Until both are true, analytics scripts are not loaded and analytics events are not sent.
Analytics events use fixed identifiers such as page type, service selection identifiers, CTA identifiers, and form outcome codes. The implementation does not send enquiry message text, names, email addresses, phone numbers, or company names entered in the form to analytics. Sensitive query parameters are sanitized from page locations where the application controls those URLs.
You can accept or decline analytics, and change that choice later using the Analytics preferences control in the site footer when analytics is configured.
Hosting and security
The public site is served from its hosting provider. Standard web logs and security tooling operated by the host may process technical request data such as IP addresses and user agents according to that provider's practices.
Retention
Enquiry emails are retained as needed to respond and manage professional correspondence. Analytics retention follows the settings configured in the Google Analytics property when analytics is enabled. No fixed legal retention period is claimed beyond those operational practices.
